Our Ingredients
Sand
Our horticultural-grade sand adds weight and improves drainage, stopping water pooling around the roots. Our Cacti & Succulent blend contains the most sand, replicating the dry, arid habitat that most cacti are native to.
Perlite
Use this section to highlight key features, share information about your products, or tell your brand story. With room for up to 200 words, you can provide detailed descriptions that help customers understand what makes your offerings unique.
Worm Casts
This natural, nutrient-rich fertiliser from composting worms works as an excellent but gentle plant feed. A sprinkling of this in all of our blends means the mix is ready to support you plant as soon as it’s potted up
Vermiculite
This spongy mineral holds onto water and nutrients, then releases them slowly for steadier hydration between waterings.
Potting Grit
Another star of our Cacti and Succulent blend, potting grit creates air pockets through the mix so roots can breathe and excess water drains straight through.
Pine Bark
The star of our Chunky House Plant blend. Bark pieces keep the mix open and airy, making it great for monstera and other tropical plants that like their roots to be fully aerated.
